Working Principle of Vibro Screen

Vibro Screen is also known as Gyro Screen, Gyratory screen & Vibro Energy separator. And it is the most effective for vibrational screening. The Gyro Screen machine works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. The material to be screened can be fed to the top screen centre. The under sizes material passed speedily though the screen during its travel to the outer edge. The oversize material is continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. The fluid placed on the monitor moves over the display or the screen depending on its particle size and design.

The assembly is equipped with an imbalanced-weight gyratory motor that creates inertial multi-plane vibration to control the flow path of material on the surfaces of the screen and to maximize the frequency at which material moves though the screen, which is the most efficient screening machine for any dry and wet sieving application. The top weight on the motor shaft is spinning in a plane near the assembly's mass core. Rotation of the top eccentric weight induces movement in the horizontal plane, allowing the material to travel to the periphery through the display cloth.
